Description and use
This device provides compression and pain relief.

• 3 elastic bands
• Hook-and-loop closure
• Relieves pain
• Height 24 cm

For conditions that may benefit from rib cage support, including:
• Rib fracture.
• Costal trauma.

Precautions for use:
• The device should not be used in individuals with unstable/displaced fractures and/or a punctured lung.
• The device contains natural rubber latex which may cause allergic reactions.
• Do not wear for prolonged periods without medical supervision.
• The orthosis should not be placed in direct contact with damaged skin. This orthosis is a device for single-patient use. Do not reuse on multiple patients.
• If any problem occurs while using this orthosis, remove the device and contact your doctor.
• If any serious incident occurs in connection with the device, the healthcare professional and/or the patient must report it to the manufacturer and the competent authority in the country concerned. Weaning should be gradual, possibly with the association of functional rehabilitation.

Set up :
A fitting is mandatory for adaptation and a good understanding of the fitting. The first fitting will be carried out by a healthcare professional and later by a person close to you according to the same protocol.

The hook-and-loop closure is positioned opposite the trauma.
Adjust the belt closure to achieve maximum pain relief through firm but comfortable tightening.

Maintenance and conservation:
• Hand wash in warm soapy water (maximum 40°C); rinse thoroughly; wring gently; do not bleach; dry flat, do not tumble dry; do not iron; do not dry clean.
• Dispose of the device and its packaging in accordance with local or national environmental regulations.
