During the fitting, the fitter will have to conform, if necessary, the joints of the orthosis to adapt it to your morphology.
The device is supplied with the 2 elastic straps fitted.
To put on the device:
1. Loosen straps 1, 2 and 3 as much as possible.
2. Put on the orthosis, place the kneecap in the center of the ring (see diagram A). The GIBAUD logo must be placed at the top.
3. Tighten the straps to obtain a firm and comfortable fit according to the order of tightening straps 1, then 2, then 3 (see diagram C), i.e.:
1. The back strap at the bottom.
2. The strap in front at the bottom.
3. The strap in front at the top.
4. For the upper rear part, depending on the configuration chosen:

• Detach the round grip pads from the device.
• Cross straps 4a and 4b behind the thigh and below the kneecap (see diagram C).
• Attach the round grip pads to the designated locations, adjusting the tightening to obtain a firm and comfortable hold.
With the 4c strap (see diagram C):
• Remove straps 4a and 4b and place strap 4c in the same way as straps 1, 2 and 3.
• Adjust the tightening to obtain a firm and comfortable fit.
