Status: Food supplement
The lemon tree is a fruit shrub with evergreen foliage. Its growth requires a mild to hot, dry climate. The lemon tree is native to China and India. In France, it is grown in Corsica and around the Mediterranean. Lemon essence is obtained by cold expression.

Chemotype: Limonene
Ingredient: Organic Lemon Essential Oil

Adult: 2 drops 3 times/day.
Child (? 6 years): 1 drop 2 times/day.
Daily dose for 6 drops: 186 mg

PEPPERMINT
Mentha piperita
Status: Food supplement
Peppermint essential oil helps to promote healthy digestion.
Growing to 80cm tall, Peppermint is a hybrid of water mint and spearmint. It is a perennial plant with a pungent odor, usually grayish.
Producing organ: Flowering tops
Chemotype: Menthol, menthone
Ingredient: Organic Peppermint Essential Oil
Geographical origin: India, Hungary
Ask a pharmacist for advice in case of biliary, hepato-pancreatic or gastric problems. Not recommended in case of asthma, epilepsy, neurological disorders or allergies. No prolonged use (14 days max).
Adult: 1 drop, 4 to 5 times/day.
Child (? 6 years): 1 drop 2 times/day

LAVENDER ASPIC
Lavandula latifolia
Spike lavender has wider leaves than common lavender. Its flowers give off a more camphorated scent. Its stems are branched, which allows it to be differentiated from common lavender.

Chemotype: Linalool, 1,8-cineole, camphor
Ingredient: Organic essential oil of Lavender aspic
Geographical origin: Spain
Contains: Linalool, Eucalyptol, Camphor, Limonene.
Danger: May cause an allergic skin reaction. May cause damage to organs (if inhaled). Harmful in contact with skin.
Warning: Keep out of reach of children. Do not breathe vapors.
IF ON SKIN: Wash thoroughly with soap and water.

Lemon Eucalyptus is a large tree about fifty meters high. Its leaves give off a lemony scent when crushed. Lemon Eucalyptus is mainly cultivated in Australia, India, Vietnam, China and Madagascar.

Melaleuca alternifolia

Cinnamomum camphora
Status: Food supplement
Ravintsara is a tree of 20 to 30 meters, native to Asia and established in Madagascar for about 250 years. In Malagasy, ravintsara means "good leaves".

Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women and children under 12 years of age. Do not use in case of antiepileptic treatment, history of seizures, neurological problems or allergies. Ask a pharmacist for advice if taking medication at the same time. No prolonged use (14 days max).
Adult: 1 drop 4 times/day.
Child (? 12 years): 1 drop 2 times/day.
Daily dose for 4 drops: 108 mg
