Non-invasive instrument for the assessment of heterometry of the lower limbs. It consists of a bar on which two orthogonal platforms are placed: one is fixed and serves as a reference point, the second slides along the bar and is equipped with a cursor that indicates the numerical value of the heterometry, positive or negative, on a millimeter ruler placed on the upper part of the bar, with the value "zero" corresponding to the reference point of the fixed platform.
The solid structure of the instrument, the precision of the mobile platform and the millimeter ruler placed on the upper part of the bar allow to reliably and quickly measure the differences in length of the lower limbs with a margin of error of a few millimeters.
