Elbow Brace - Elbowgib® - Multiple Sizes - Gibaud
Description and use
The Elbowgib® elbow brace is indicated for elbow tendonitis (tennis elbow or tennis player's disease, musculoskeletal disorders). It is recommended for resuming activity, as a preventative measure during work (repetitive activities), daily life or sports (tennis, golf, ping pong, badminton, etc.).
The semi-rigid structure prevents the tourniquet effect and allows prolonged wear at rest or during activities.
The patented semi-rigid double-curved structure is designed to prevent the tourniquet effect and the two non-slip silicone compression pads contribute to pain relief.
The non-elastic strap allows the bracelet to be tightened in a firm but comfortable way.
Precautions for use:
• The device should not be used in cases where the injury requires relative or absolute immobilization or surgical intervention.
• When adjusting the strap, tighten it so that it is firm but comfortable.
• The orthosis must not be placed in direct contact with damaged skin.
• Do not wear for prolonged periods without medical supervision.
• This orthosis is a device for single-patient use. Do not reuse on multiple patients.
• If any problem occurs while using this orthosis, for example pain or the appearance of local signs, remove the device and contact your healthcare professional.
• If any serious incident occurs, related to the device, the healthcare professional and/or the patient must report it to the manufacturer and to the competent authority in the country concerned.
Set up :
A fitting is mandatory for a proper fit and a good understanding of the installation. The initial fitting will be carried out by a healthcare professional and subsequently by the user or someone close to them according to the same protocol.
1. Place the brace on your forearm; the pads should be placed on the tendons below the painful area.
2. Tighten to obtain a firm but comfortable fit

• Hand wash in warm soapy water (maximum 40°C); rinse thoroughly; wring gently; do not bleach; dry flat, do not tumble dry; do not iron; do not dry clean.
• Dispose of the device and its packaging in accordance with local or national environmental regulations.
